• Booker T. defeated Norman Smiley with a Sidewalk Slam.
-Norman Smiley put up a tough fight and played the heel in the match. Booker T. took the win with a Sidewalk Slam.

•Scott Hall (w/Horace, Stevie Ray, Scott Norton, and Vincent) defeated Disco Inferno with the Outside Edge.
-Scott Hall, in great condition, dominated Disco Inferno and finished off the match with the Outsider Edge.

• Chris Jericho Interview - (Conducted by Tony Schiavone)
-Tony Schiavone announced that Chris Jericho would take on Bobby Duncum, Jr. in a Television Title rematch at World War III. Schiavone pointed out that Jericho walked out in his match the Monday before on Nitro with Duncum. As Jericho insulted Duncum, Duncum attacked him from behind. Jericho screamed as he was tied up like a dog.

• Pre-recorded footage was shown of Kaz Hayashi asking Scott Hall to be his tag team partner for World War III to take on Ernest Miller and Sonny Onoo. Hall thought Hayashi said, "Miller Lite." Hall told Hayashi to wait for the Miller Lite after the show, because if they drank before, they would get in trouble. Hayashi looked confused and continued to look in his English-Japanese translation book.

• Eddie Guerrero defeated Kidman via Pinfall.
-It was originally scheduled to be Kidman vs. Rey Mysterio, Jr. Kidman said he didn't want a match against the LWO Mysterio, but the good Mysterio. Eddie Guerrero defended Mysterio, saying Mysterio didn't need to prove anything. Mysterio said he did have something to prove, and said if he beat Kidman, he would get a Cruiserweight Title shot against Juventud Guerrera at World War III. Guerrero disagreed, and said LWO had to stick together as one, as other members made their ways in. Although Mysterio wanted to wrestle the match, Guerrero took it instead. Mysterio and the rest of the LWO members left, as a match got underway. The unknown bodyguard and Mysterio came back down, and argued as Kidman was about to execute the Shooting Star Press. Kidman nailed the unknown bodyguard with a flying body-press, and Mysterio accidently got caught in the middle of the maneuver. After Kidman got into a verbal argument with the unknown bodyguard, with Mysterio involved, Guerrero rolled up Kidman from behind, and used the ropes as leverage to win the match via Pinfall.

• Scott Norton (w/Scott Hall, Horace, Stevie Ray, and Vincent) defeated Scott Putski with the Jack-Knife Powerbomb.
-Scott Hall, Horace, Vincent, and Stevie Ray got several cheap shots on Scott Putski. Norton dominated Putski, and easily finished off the match with the Jack-Knife Powerbomb.

• Pre-recorded footage was shown of Kaz Hayashi looking for a tag team partner for the World War III pay-per-view. He asked Disco Infero, but Disco thought Hayashi met a dancing partner, and Disco said he only dances that with women. Saturn walked up, got into a brief argument with Disco, and said may be he would team up with Hayashi.

• Ernest Miller Interview (w/Sonny Onoo)
-Ernest Miller and Sonny Onoo first talked about their upcoming tag team match against Kaz Hayashi and his partner. Onoo introduced a two-time karate champion, Super Sensai. Sensai wasn't even oriental. Hayashi popped up from behind, and ran across the ring after Onoo, only to get attacked by Miller. Both Onoo and Miller continued to attack Hayashi,, until Saturn made the save, confirming he would be Hayashi's tag team partner at World War III. As Miller left, he attacked Super Sensai on the outside of the ring.

• Alex Wright defeated Chavo Guerrero, Jr. via Pinfall.
-Alex Wright and Chavo Guerrero, Jr. wrestled a great mat-technician match. Wright used a very unique, flipped-over pinfall hold to take the win. After the match, Wright broke Pepe. Chavo wasn't too pleased.

• Kanyon defeated Prince Iaukea with the Flatliner.s
-Kanyon asked the crowd who was better than him, and of course, he got nothing but negative feedback. Prince Iaukea only hit Kanyon with a few maneuvers. After Kanyon executed the Flatliner, he took the win.

• Wrath defated Saturn with the Meltdown.
-As Wrath and Saturn wrestled an excellent match, Sonny Onoo and Ernest Miller made their ways down. Onoo distracted the referee, while Miller nailed Saturn from behind with a kick. Wrath took the advantage, and finished off Saturn with the Meltdown. Following the match, Kaz Hayashi came in to help out Saturn.

• Bret Hart defeated Konnan by making him submit to the Sharpshooter.
-As the match went on, Stevie Ray walked down, and secretly hit Konnan behind the head with a slapjack. Hart put Konnan in the Sharpsthooter. Konnan couldn't even submit, because he was unconcious, but the referee called the match. Hart was about to injure Konnan's knee with a chair, but Diamond Dallas Page made the save. DDP and Hart brawled as the show went off the air.
