• A winner was having a Nitro Party in the skybox of the Georgia Dome, with Jimmy Barron doing the interviews. There were frequent updates throuhgout the show.

• Hugh Morrus (w/Jimmy Hart) defeated Glacier with the No Laughing Matter Moonsault.
- Hugh Morrus made a return with his head completely shaved. When Jimmy Hart got on top of the ring, and Glacier got into an argument with him, he was accidently clotheslined by Hugh Morrus. Morrus then took the advantage, and finished off Glaicer with the No Laughing Matter Moonsault.

• Ric Flair Interview - (Conducted by Gene Okerlund)
- Arn Anderson, Ric Flair, and his family made their ways into the arena. Steve McMichael, Chris Benoit, and Dean Malenko joined them. Malenko was on crutches, since he suffered a severe ankle sprain at the 1/3 house show in Columbus, Georgia. Flair said WCW was the greatest wrestling organization on the planet. Flair called out former WCW President, Eric Bischoff, as Bischoff made his way down. Flair said that since Bischoff took Flair down, Bischoff would do commentating for the night. Flair also mentioned the time Bischoff fired referee, Randy Anderson. Anderson made his way down to the ring, as Tony Schiavone explained to Bischoff how to commentate. Flair reinstated Anderson as a referee with double the salary he use to make. Flair thanked all the people who came down and celebrated his victory over Bischoff the previous Monday on Nitro - specifically Randy Savage. Flair said he would book himself in a handicap match for the Souled Out pay-per-view against Curt Hennig and Barry Windham. Flair's son, David, asked his dad if he could be his partner for the PPV. Flair at first said he wasn't ready, but Arn Anderson said he was. It was set - Ric and David Flair vs. Curt Hennig and Barry Windham. Bischoff took Mike Tenay's position in the commentating booth, and he was pretty bumbed out.

• Booker T. defeated Emory Hale in one minute with the Missle Dropkick.
- Eric Bischoff would not say a word during the match. Booker T. easily and quickly won the match with the Missle Dropkick.

• Tony Schiavone said he would report Eric Bischoff if he didn't start commentating.

• Chavo Guerrero, Jr. defeated Norman Smiley via Pinfall.
- There was a lot of dancing in the match by both wrestlers. After Chavo Guerrero, Jr. finished off Norman Smiley with a Sunset Flip, Smiley attacked Chavo after the match. Larry Zbyszko called Smiley's dance the "big wiggle." Eric Bischoff still did not say one word.

• Chris Benoit defeated Horace by making him submit to the Crippler Crossface.
- Randy Anderson refereed his first match since returning. Horace gave Chris Benoit a tough time, but after Benoit got the Crippler Crossface going, he took the win. Still nothing from Eric Bischoff.

• Backstage, Atlanta police officers told Goldberg they had a warrant for his arrest in a very heated argument. Goldberg told them he did nothing wrong, and he stands for good in the Atlanta community. Goldberg said that it would take every weapon to stop him. One police officer, Jack, convinced Goldberg that they needed to go downtown and get it straightened out. Goldberg was handcuffed with two cuffs and said it was wrong.

• Chris Jericho (w/Ralphus) defeated Saturn by making him submit to the Lion Tamer.
- As the match went on, Chris Jericho accidently hit the referee in the face, and then put the referee in front of Saturn. Jericho executed the Lion Tamer, and the referee called the bell after getting up. It appeared that Saturn would get the win by Disqualification, but the referee surprinsingly gave Jericho the win instead. Saturn yelled out, "I'm going to get you, Jericho!" Nothing from Bischoff.

• Footage was shown of Goldberg arriving at police headquarters. Goldberg was told he was under arrest for aggravated stalking of Ms. Elizabeth. Goldberg said he didn't do it, but the police still had to go with the information. Elizabeth was being interviewed at that moment by detectives.

• Elizabeth was shown being interviewed. She said that Goldberg followed her everywhere (arena events, hotel, gym, etc.). She said that she felt threatened. One of the detectives wanted to talk to his partner outside of the office.

• Pre-recorded footage was shown of LWO having a party with a bunch of women and mariachies. Eddie Guerrero was kind of hogging everything, which left LWO members upset. He even had Damian and El Dandy get he and the women some cokes, while he played poker and took the money.

• Juventud Guerrera and Psychosis defeated Kidman and Rey Mysterio, Jr. with Psychosis' Guillotine Legdrop.
- After Kidman accidently nailed Rey Mysterio, Jr. with a missle dropkick, Psychosis finished off Mysterio with the Guillotine Legdrop.

• Goldberg explained to police officers that WCW books him at every hotel and arena Elizabeth and other wrestlers stay at, plus he owns the gym Elizabeth is a member at.

• Kevin Nash Interview - (Conducted by Gene Okerlund)
- Kevin Nash requested the time to do an interview to discuss Goldberg's arrest. Nash said that Hollywood Hogan was behind the arrest. Nash asked Ric Flair if he could wrestle Hogan for the Heavyweight Title later in the show. Flair made his way out and said Hogan was under contract and Goldberg couldn't make the rematch with Nash. Flair announced Hogan would wrestle Nash for the title later in the show.

• Elizabeth explained more to the detectives. Elizabeth mentioned the same things over and over. She mentioned the gym that Goldberg owns and that Goldberg supposedly phones her and hangs up all the time. Elizabeth got upset because she was having to defend herself.

• Hollywood Hogan Interview - (Conducted by Gene Okerlund)
- Hollywood Hogan got booed pretty bad. He came back by bragging about himself, saying the whole wrestling world revolved around him. He said he was originally going to take the time in Atlanta to say a farewell speech and hype up his candidacy for President of the United States. However, he said he was sick to his stomach to see Goldberg arrested. He said that all of Kevin Nash's rumors were false. Hogan mentioned that he owed his fans one last retirement match with Nash. He said that once he beat Nash for the title, everyone could call him Hollywood "The Big Bad Wolf" Hogan.

• Tony Schiavone mentioned that Mick Foley (Mankind) would win their (WWF) Heavyweight Title later in the Raw is War show. On a note, Eric Bischoff still had not said one word. Schiavone kept saying he would report Bischoff at the WCW offices the next day.

• Konnan defeated Scott Steiner (w/Buff Bagwell) by Disqualification, to let Steiner retain the Television Title.
- Scott Steiner said WCW had been trying to censor him ever since he and Buff Bagwell did the Mark McGwire skit the previous Monday on Nitro, but they couldn't anymore since he was the Television Champion. Bagwell did a dance and acted like he was having heart problems. Tony Schiavone criticized the WWF once again, saying it was a taped show, and "that" (Mankind) would become their champion in the main event. He even asked Eric Bischoff for his opinion. Bischoff didn't say anything, and Schiavone was surprised that Bischoff wouldn't say anything about their competition. Bagwell interfered, causing a Disqualification. Steiner threw out the other referee, as the NWO Referee made his way down. NWO-Hollywood members continued to attack Konnan.

• Wrath and Bam Bam Bigelow went to a No Contest.
- Eric Bischoff spoke and said, "Goldberg is jailbait" throughout the match. Wrath said ever since he returned to WCW, he's been destroying everyone. He was very upset there was no competition. He challenged anyone to come out and face him. Bam Bam Bigelow made his way out. After the referee was knocked out and Wrath and Bigelow brawled outside of the ring, the referee called the match.

• The detectives interviewed Elizabeth, and caught her in her lies. They said that Elizabeth would be charged with perjury. She admitted it wasn't Goldberg. She wanted the detectives to apologize to Goldberg for causing his Heavyweight Title match. They told her to tell Goldberg herself.

• Diamond Dallas Page defeated Brian Adams (w/Vincent) with the Diamond Cutter.
- Vincent tried to knocked Diamond Dallas Page from the top rope, but DDP knocked Vincent right out. DDP then executed the Diamond Cutter from the top rope for the win.

• Police officers told Goldberg that Elizabeth was lying and she dropped the charges. Goldberg ordered for his handcuffs to be removed and to be taken to the dome.

• Hollywood Hogan (w/Scott Steiner) defeated Kevin Nash (w/Scott Hall) via Pinfall, to become the new Heavyweight Champion.
- Kevin Nash brought out Scott Hall, who was wearing a Wolfpac T-Shirt. Hollywood Hogan was not wearing his normal attire, but just pants and a T-Shirt. Hogan touched Nash with his finger, and Nash went down. Hogan made a successful pinfall, to become the new Heavyweight Champion. Nash, Scott Hall, Scott Steiner, and Hogan all hugged each other. Goldberg arrived, and came to the ring to take out each new NWO member. Lex Luger then came down to help out Goldberg, but ended up attacking Goldberg. NWO took the advantage over Goldberg, as Goldberg was racked by Luger. Eric Bischoff was really opening his mouth now - really happy. Elizabeth also came down. Hall stunned Goldberg with a stungun, and also handcuffed him to the rope. Hogan and Hall spraypainted "NWO" on Goldberg and then the Heavyweight Title.
